The adsorption device comprises a raw material box, a waste liquid storage device, a raw material pump, a liquid return pipe, a liquid inlet pipe, a waste liquid recovery box, a smoke distribution rotating disc, an adsorbent bed, a rotating shaft, a rotating shaft, a regenerated liquid distribution rotating disc, a smoke discharge pipeline and a top raw material box. The upper wall surface and the lower wall surface of the adsorbent bed are provided with holes, a circular plate with holes is arranged at the bottom of the adsorbent bed, the smoke distribution rotating disc and the regenerated liquid distribution rotating disc are arranged at the two ends of the adsorbent bed, and annular rib plates are arranged on the outer wall of the adsorbent bed and can be matched with annular grooves of the smoke discharge pipeline. The smoke discharge pipeline is composed of a front part and a rear part which can be connected with the front part through a bolt, and the smoke discharge pipeline is connected with the waste liquid recovery box through a flange. Being of a rotary structure, the adsorption device is small in size and convenient to move, operate and maintain, lowers the investment cost and the operating cost and can be well adapted to working conditions of the oilfield steam-injection boiler.
