The angle sensor 4 is installed at the hinge portion of the ground wheel 3 and the land leveling shovel 7 and measured data of the angle between the ground wheel 3 and the land leveling shovel 7 are sent to the controller 8; the first distance sensor 6 and the second distance sensor 6' are installed on the two sides of the land leveling shovel 7 and measured data of the displacement of the land leveling shovel 7 are sent to the controller 8; theoretical angle data and theoretical displacement data are sent to the controller 8 through the vehicle-mounted computer 9; the controller 8 confirms the displacement amount of the land leveling shovel 7 after receiving the angle data, the displacement data, the theoretical angle data and the theoretical displacement data.
