Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a III-V semiconductor solar cell module which comprises at least two solar cell units in serial connection. Each solar cell unit with a III-V compound semiconductor layer includes PN-junction solar cells, the polarities of the adjacent solar cells are reversed, and the generating areas of the solar cell units are the same. The solar cell module is provided with the PN-junction solar cells of reverse polarities to obtain sufficient power and voltage, the effective lighting area of cells is greatly improved, the light collection efficiency and further the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell module are improved; and the structural and integration technology of the solar cell module is simplified, so that the solar cell module can be popularized industrially.
