The control circuit comprises a signal detector and a switch; the signal detector is configured to compare output of a standby power supply with a signal threshold; the signal threshold is electrically coupled to the output of a divider of the main power supply; the switch is electrically coupled between the main power supply and a load; the switch is configured to close when the output of the main power supply is greater than or equal to the signal threshold.
