Industrial monitoring and controlling terminal equipment comprises a central processing unit, a data acquiring interface, a data transmission unit, a displacement sensor and/or an image sensor which are connected with the central processing unit. A signal which is output from the displacement sensor or/and the image sensor is transmitted to the central processing unit through the data acquiring interface. A wireless self-networking communication module is adopted for the data transmission unit. The wireless self-networking communication module is connected with the central processing unit. According to the industrial monitoring and controlling terminal equipment, local area networking of equipment can be realized through modern communication technology, thereby realizing information sharing of Internet-of-things of the equipment. The acquired data can be transmitted to an upper PC in a wired or wireless manner, thereby realizing a benefit for automatic equipment control according to the acquired parameter. The industrial monitoring and controlling terminal equipment has advantages of simple application and convenient use.
