The device circulating loop comprises a left cooling tower, a left Y-shaped filter, a left water pump set, a left self-cleaning filter and a cooling device. The air conditioner circulating loop comprises a right cooling tower, a right Y-shaped filter, a right water pump set, a right self-cleaning filter and a central air conditioner water-cooling machine. A first left short connecting pipe is arranged on one side of the left Y-shaped filter. A second left short connecting pipe is arranged on one side of the left self-cleaning filter. A first right short connecting pipe is arranged on one side of the right Y-shaped filter. A second right short connecting pipe is arranged on one side of the right self-cleaning filter. The left cooling tower and the right cooling tower are communicated through a second middle connecting pipe. The novel circulating water pump station system has the advantages that the two independent systems including the air conditioner circulating loop and the device circulating loop can be used independently and can also be combined into a system, the flexibility and reliability of the system are improved, and the failure rate of the whole system is decreased.
