Clamping tube type radiator

A clamping tube type radiator comprises a radiating plate. Deformed clamping grooves are formed in the radiating plate, a radiating tube is arranged in each deformed clamping groove, the maximum inner space size A of each deformed clamping groove is larger than the opening width B of the deformed clamping groove, the opening width B of each deformed clamping groove is larger than the diameter phi of each radiating tube, and each radiating tube is clamped into the corresponding deformed clamping groove after mold-pressing deformation. Compared with the prior art, the clamping tube type radiator has the advantages that only one radiating plate is adopted, so that cost is saved and expense is lowered; the maximum inner space size A of each deformed clamping groove is larger than the opening width B of the deformed clamping groove, the opening width B of each deformed clamping groove is larger than the diameter phi of each radiating tube, and accordingly, the radiating tubes are put into the deformed clamping grooves conveniently; during operation, the radiating tubes are put into the deformed clamping grooves, a flat plate is taken to press the radiating tubes and is stressed by air pressure or oil pressure to flatten the radiating tubes, the radiating tubes are deformed to be clamped into the deformed clamping grooves to avoid falling, and accordingly, firmness in mounting is achieved.
