A left upper bolt blind hole is formed in the upper portion of the left arc body; a left lower bolt hole is formed in the lower portion of the left arc body; a right upper bolt hole is formed in the upper portion of the right arc body; a right lower bolt blind hole is formed in the lower portion of the right arc body; the right upper bolt is connected with the left upper bolt blind hole by a bolt, and the left lower bolt hole is connected with the right lower bolt blind hole by a bolt, so that a circular ring can be formed by the left arc body and the right arc body. The limiting sleeve has the advantages of simple structure, simplicity in machining, low manufacturing cost and convenience in use.
