The low-frequency sound absorption noise reducing device for indoor substation comprises a low-frequency sound absorption noise reducing plate; the low-frequency sound absorption noise reducing plate is formed by sequentially assembling a low-frequency perforated sound absorption plate, a glass fiber cloth, a high density aluminum silicate sound absorption cotton, a damping plate, a closed cell low-frequency sound absorption foam structure, and a resonance sound absorption plate, from outside to inside; each layer is composed; the low-frequency sound absorption noise reducing plate is integrally assembled with connectors; the low-frequency sound absorption noise reducing plate is assembled on the wall through the connectors; clearances are arranged among the low-frequency sound absorption noise reducing plate, the connectors and the wall; the clearances ensure that reasonable resonant cavities exist between the low-frequency sound absorption noise reducing plate and the wall.
