A distillation kettle is arranged in a distillation kettle heating system, a distillation tower is connected to the distillation kettle, a system cooling and reflux ratio control system is connected to the distillation tower in an installed mode, a front cut fraction receiving tank is connected to a discharging pipe through a front cut fraction receiving valve, a product condensing receiving tank is connected to the discharging pipe through a product receiving valve, and the other end of the discharging pipe is connected to the system cooling and reflux ratio control system. When the solid distillation and purification device begins to perform distillation and purification, the front cut fraction receiving valve is turned on, the product receiving valve is turned off, low-boiling-point impurities are collected in the front cut fraction receiving tank. After front cut fraction is completed, the product receiving valve is turned on, the front cut fraction receiving valve is turned off, a product is vaporized, condensed and crystallized in the product condensing receiving tank, nitrogen for buffer and protection is led to the front cut fraction receiving tank and the product condensing receiving tank to ensure that a system is kept to be free of oxygen and water.
