Packaging bag breaking device

A packaging bag breaking device is characterized by comprising a fixed knife plate, a saw blade, two hollow-out grating plates and nail piles, wherein the fixed knife plate is arranged longitudinally; the saw blade is arranged on the top of the fixed knife plate along the length direction of the fixed knife plate; saw teeth are arranged at an end of the saw blade; one sides of the two grating plates can be respectively arranged on the bottom of the fixed knife blade in a turnover manner so as to be oppositely unfolded and folded; the nail piles are longitudinally arranged on the upper end surfaces of the grating plates; and each nail pile is provided with an upwards extending tip. Compared with the prior art, the packaging bag breaking device has the advantages that a packaging bag is sawn off and divided into two halves by the saw blade, the two halves of the packaging bag are hooked by the nail piles, materials in the packaging bag can rapidly slip from hollow-out positions of the grating plates, the packaging bag is broken quickly, and the packaging bag and the materials can be cleaned thoroughly at one step after the packaging bag is broken; and the packaging bag breaking device is simple in whole structure and low in manufacturing cost, and is quite suitable for intermittently packaging and feeding in an industrialized manner at variable intervals.
