The multi-rotor polling aircraft comprises a multi-rotor flying device, a landing travelling device, a polling device, an action adjusting device and a flying end wireless transmission interface; the multi-rotor flying device comprises a cabin, a plurality of rotors and an undercarriage; the landing travelling device comprises a supporting frame, a guide camera and a moving mechanism; the polling device comprises a polling camera; a flying end wireless transmission interface is respectively connected with the guide camera, the polling camera and the action adjusting device and is connected to a ground device by a wireless manner; the action adjusting device is connected with rotors and the moving mechanism. The transmission line polling system comprises the multi-rotor polling aircraft and the ground device; the ground device specifically comprises a ground end wireless transmission interface, a display and an instruction inputting device. According to the multi-rotor polling aircraft and the transmission line polling system, the power wire hanging loading function is accurate, the polling field is expanded, the polling efficiency is increased, and the labor cost of polling is reduced.
