A cone hopper and a cone body which are spaced are arranged in the shell. The large end of the cone hopper and the small end of the cone body are arranged in the raw material inflow direction. Raw materials flow through the cone hopper and gather together, and flow through the cone body and are diffused into an annulus and then converge, and therefore the raw materials are fully mixed. The raw material static mixer is simple, reasonable and compact in structure, convenient to install, easy to implement and low in cost.
