Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a machining tool for pipeline longhole chambering. The machining tool comprises a body, a flange, alloy sliders, fabroil blocks and liquid coolant holes, wherein the flange is fixed at one end of the body, the alloy sliders are fixed at the other end of the body, the body is connected with a toolbar through the flange, the fabroil blocks are fixed on the body, and each alloy slider comprises a tool holder seat and a tool bit. The tool bits are fixed on the tool holder seats, and the body is provided with the liquid coolant holes corresponding to the tool bits. The machining tool has the advantages that by the machining tool for machining, linearity and surface roughness of a pipeline inner hole are ensured, and service life of the tool is prolonged; the alloy sliders can balance radial cutting force of the tool tips, rigidity of the tool tips is improved and machining size of the external circle is kept constant. Meanwhile, the tool bits can be conveniently replaced instead of replacing the body, and maintenance cost is reduced. The fabroil blocks can keep linearity of the machined hole and have a damping function, and machining accuracy is thereby ensured. |
