The permanent-magnet power device comprises a shell, a first gear, a second gear, a third gear, a connecting plate, a second guide pipe, a conical roller bearing and a first guide pipe, wherein the second guide pipe is located inside the shell, one end of the second guide pipe is rotatably connected with the inner top surface of the shell, the other end of the second guide pipe is connected with the connecting plate through the conical roller bearing, the outer edge of the connecting plate is fixed at the inner side surface of the shell, the first guide pipe penetrates through the center of the connecting plate, two ends of the first guide pipe are fixed at the inner top surface and the inner bottom surface of the shell respectively, and the outer side surface of the second guide pipe and the shell are sequentially provided with a first-layer magnetic power device, a second-layer magnetic power device and a third-layer magnetic power device therebetween from the upside down.
