The frequency converter comprises a casing, a heat radiator and the dust collection device, wherein the dust collection device comprises an upper support and a lower support which are fixed at upper and lower ends of a heat radiator base board, the upper support and the lower support are respectively provided with an upper rotation shaft and a lower rotation shaft, two ends of the upper rotation shaft and the lower rotation shaft are respectively provided with a left sprocket wheel and a right sprocket wheel, the left sprocket wheels on the upper rotation shaft and the lower rotation shaft are in driving connection through a left chain, the right sprocket wheels on the upper rotation shaft and the lower rotation shaft are in driving connection through a right chain, transverse boards fixed on the left and right chains and horizontal hairbrush rods are further comprised, and the horizontal hairbrush rods are fixed on the transverse boards and are just arranged opposite to air channels. According to the frequency converter having the dust collection device, when dust cleaning on the heat radiator is needed, a back cover of the frequency converter is opened, the chains are driven through rotation of a handle to do reciprocating motion, so the horizontal hairbrush rods are enabled to do reciprocating motion along the air channels among fins, dusts attached to the fins are cleaned, operation is simple and convenient, heat radiation/dust collection/maintenance efficiency is high, and labor and time saving is realized.
