Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a novel breaker transmission structure comprising a driving shaft, a support, a vacuum tube, a vacuum tube fixed contact, a vacuum tube movable contact, a motion connecting rod, a guide sleeve, and a connecting lever, wherein the vacuum tube fixed contact and the vacuum tube movable contact are disposed in the vacuum tube and the guide sleeve sleeves the motion connecting rod. One end of the motion connecting rod is connected with the vacuum tube movable contact. The output end of the connecting lever is connected with the driving shaft. The force-bearing end of the connecting lever is connected with the motion connecting rod. The inflection point of the connecting lever is connected with the support. When a breaker is in a closed state, the force-bearing end of the connecting lever, the motion connecting rod, and the output end of the connecting lever are in the same straight line. Such structural design with three points on one line enables the return elastic force of the vacuum tube movable contact to be applied to the driving shaft. Thus, almost no torque is generated on the driving shaft and the bounce of the vacuum tube movable contact is effectively restricted. The novel breaker transmission structure is simple and unified in structure, guarantees mechanical characteristic parameters of breaker products, and has good practicality.
