Top plate device of waste heat boiler

A top plate device of a waste heat boiler is applied to engineering practices. Heat insulation materials are uneven due to long-term scouring of smoke, further the problem of local overheating of a top plate occurs, heat loss is increased, and thermal efficiency of the boiler is lowered. Meanwhile, a part of a steel structure is in a high-temperature environment, and safety is lowered. The top plate device of the waste heat boiler comprises an inner protective plate (2), an outer protective plate (1), a heat insulation layer (3) and heat insulation nails (4), wherein the inner protective plate and the outer protective plate jointly form the shape of a top plate of the waste heat boiler, the heat insulation layer is clamped between the inner protective plate and the outer protective plate, and the heat insulation nails penetrate through the heat insulation layer to be connected with the inner protective plate and the outer protective plate. The top plate device is applied to top plates of the waste heat boilers.
