Zusammenfassung: | The utility model provides an automotive transmission. The automotive transmission comprises a housing assembly, a clutch assembly, a gear selecting-shifting seat assembly, an input shaft assembly, an output shaft assembly and a differential assembly. A speed changing box housing and a clutch housing are integrated, so that the automotive transmission is compact in structure. Maximum input torque is 180 N.m so that the automotive transmission can be matched with an automobile provided with a transversely-arranged engine. A gear selecting mechanism and a gear shifting mechanism are integrated, the newest integration design is adopted, and meanwhile a gear selecting-shifting positioning pin is added, so that the gear shifting suction sensation and rhythm sensation are improved. Forward gears are fully synchronized, and a sixth overgear is a manual gear. Three-conical-ring synchronizers are adopted for a first gear and a second gear, and a double-cone synchronizer is adopted for a third gear, so that gear shifting is light. The cleanliness of the assemblies is limited to be not more than 120 mg, the service life is longer, and the comprehensive transmission efficiency of the assemblies is not lower than 94%. |
