Zusammenfassung:An elastic coupler with the large error compensation function comprises a left half coupler and a right half coupler. A flange plate of the left half coupler and a left coupling joint and a flange plate of the right half coupler and a right coupling joint are each provided with a corresponding hole. The left half coupler and the left coupling joint are fixedly connected, and the right half coupler and the right coupling joint are fixedly connected. The left coupling joint and the right coupling joint are in sliding connection with a left guiding annular groove and a right guiding annular groove through flanges on the left coupling joint and the right coupling joint. A middle connecting piece is located between the left guiding annular groove and the right guiding annular groove. The left and right guiding annular grooves and the middle connecting piece are each provided with a convex lug. Reamed holes of the same size are formed in the convex lugs. The left and right guiding annular grooves are connected with the middle connecting piece through reamed bolts. The flanges on the coupling joints at the driving and driven ends can slide inside the grooves at the same time. When shaft systems at the driving and riven ends are not centered, the error compensation effect can be achieved by means of flange sliding and angle deflection, and the elastic coupler has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to assemble and disassemble and low in machining cost.
