The pawl spring (3) and the rubber cylinder shaft (7) are connected in a threaded mode. The rubber cylinder shaft (7) and the slips shaft (19) are connected in a threaded mode. The sealing sleeve (9) is arranged between the rubber cylinder shaft (7) and the outer wall of the upper connector (1). A rubber ring (29) is arranged between the slips shaft (19) and the outer wall of the upper connector (10). The steam injection packer is simple in structure and capable of protecting an upper sleeve, it is avoided that the high-temperature steam damages the sleeve when steam is injected, the working efficiency of steam injection is improved, and the steam injection packer can be widely applied to exploitation of thickened oil.
