The device comprises an upper inclined support rod, a lower inclined support rod, a rear support rod, a redirection turning part, embedded parts, a left horizontal support rod, a right horizontal support rod, middle horizontal support rods and an attachment frame, and is characterized in that the upper inclined support rod consists of a seamless steel pipe, connecting plates, sealing plates, a shaft pin and an open pin; an opening is formed in the central position of the seamless steel pipe; one end of each connecting plate is machined into a circular arc shape, and a connecting plate hole is formed in the end of the connecting plate; the connecting plates are inserted into open grooves, and are welded after the connecting plates and the seamless steel pipe are kept horizontal; one end of a connecting plate of the rear support rod is arranged in a manner consistent with those of the upper inclined support rods, and is perpendicular, and the other end of the connecting plate is horizontal; a regulator is arranged at the position, close to the redirection turning part, of the rear support rod; each embedded part consists of embedded bolts, a bottom plate, ear plates, base plates and nuts.
