An upper buffering mechanism is arranged on the bottom of an elevator cage body, wherein the upper buffering mechanism comprises a sliding inclined block, a fixing and sliding base is arranged between the sliding inclined block and the elevator cage body, the lower surface of the sliding inclined block is oblique, a baffle is arranged on the bottom of the elevator cage body, a spring is arranged between the baffle and the sliding inclined block, a lower braking mechanism is arranged below the upper buffering mechanism and is divided into a bearing portion and a brake base, a pressure transmission rod is connected to the bottom of the bearing portion and penetrates through the brake base, brake pads are arranged around the brake base, linkage rods are arranged between the brake pads and the portion, located outside the lower portion of the brake base, of the pressure transmission rod, and a compression cracking layer is arranged in the bearing portion.
