The container bag device comprises a discharging hopper and a container bag, and is characterized in that four supporting legs are arranged on the lower portion of the discharging hopper, the middle of each supporting leg is connected with a container bag hook through a hanging belt, and a discharging outlet of the discharging hopper is in butt joint with a feeding inlet of the container bag. The container bag device is reasonable in design, simple in structure, convenient to use and low in cost. Peanut hulls produced in the peanut oil production process can be directly contained in the container bag through the discharging hopper and then can be transported through a forklift, labor is saved, and work efficiency is improved.
