The film discharging machine comprises a machine frame, as well as a feeding mechanism, a film discharging mechanism, a receiving mechanism and a loading platform which are mounted on the machine frame, and is characterized in that the film discharging mechanism comprises a downwardly-pressing platform for exerting pressure to separate the film from the inner carrier frame and the outer carrier frame, and a gas control device for controlling sucking and exhausting states of the downwardly-pressing platform; the loading platform for placing the processed assembly and having an opening structure is arranged below the downwardly-pressing platform; the receiving mechanism for receiving the inner carrier frame, the outer carrier frame and the film is arranged below the opening structure. The film discharging machine provided by the utility model can exert force uniformly in a downwardly pressing way to separate the film clamped between the inner carrier frame and the outer carrier frame, so that damage, caused by a nonuniform force application during manual operation, to the inner carrier frame and the outer carrier frame is reduced; at the same time, through adoption of mechanical operation, the film discharging efficiency is improved and the manpower consumption is lowered.
