Telescopic and labor-saving clothes supporting rod

A telescopic and labor-saving clothes supporting rod comprises a supporting frame, a limiting frame, a primary rod, a first telescopic rod, a second telescopic rod and a secondary rod. The supporting frame comprises a first supporting rod, a second supporting rod and four fixing rods, wherein the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are arranged in parallel, and the four fixing rods are connected to ends of the first supporting rod and ends of the second supporting rod. The limiting frame is arranged in a middle area of the supporting frame in a sleeving mode. One end of the primary rod is contained between the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod, the primary rod is parallel with the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod, and the primary rod is further connected to the limiting frame. One end of the first telescopic rod is connected with one end of the primary rod. One end of the second telescopic rod is connected with the first telescopic rod. One end of the secondary rod is fixedly connected to the corresponding fixing rods, and the other end of the secondary rod is connected with the second telescopic rod. The telescopic and labor-saving clothes supporting rod operates based on a shrinkage principle, when a wrist is used for compressing the second telescopic rod and the secondary rod, the primary rod in the middle will be driven to move upwards, and therefore clothes on the main rod can be supported to clothes airing rods at different heights.
