The device comprises a handle, a first metal sheet, a second metal sheet, a first clamp slot, a second clamp slot and a string containing groove; the first metal sheet and the second metal sheet are overlapped with each other and placed side by side, and the string containing groove is reserved between the first metal sheet and the second metal sheet; the handle is arranged on the back half portions of the first metal sheet and the second metal sheet, and the handle connects the two metal sheets in a winding mode; the first clamp slot and the second clamp slot are formed in the upper ends of the first metal sheet and the second metal sheet respectively. The blood worm bundling device is economical and practical, easy in material collection for fabrication, simple in structure, and convenient to bundle and carry; by means of the device, injuries to living fishing baits, namely blood worms are reduced, a bundling string is convenient to draw back, and the problems of disorder and looseness in bait bundling are solved.
