Each end cap comprises a bottom wall and a side wall arranged on the bottom wall. A first bulge loop concentric with the side wall is arranged on the bottom wall. The glass tube comprises an inner tube and an outer tube. A nano-resistance heating membrane is arranged on the inner surface of the inner tube. An electrode ring concentric with the first bulge loop is installed and fixed on the bottom wall of the end cap. Gaps are arranged between the side wall and the first bulge loop and between the first bulge loop and the electrode ring respectively, and a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove are formed respectively. The inner tube and the outer tube are clamped into the second clamping groove and the first clamping groove. The nano-resistance heating membrane on the inner tube is in contact communication with the electrode ring. A gap is arranged between the inner tube and the outer tube and a water flow channel is formed. A water inlet and a water outlet communicated with the water flow channel are arranged in the end cap.
