The apparatus comprises a multichannel acquisition unit, a signal processing unit, a communication unit, and a power supply unit, and is characterized in that the input terminal of the multichannel acquisition unit is connected with the output terminal of a fully differential drive circuit; the input terminal of the fully differential drive circuit is used for connecting the feedback signal acquisition terminal of an electric vehicle motor; the output multichannel acquisition unit is connected with the signal processing unit for processing of feedback signals; the signal processing unit is connected with the communication unit; and the output terminal of the communication unit is used for connecting a motor controller of an electric vehicle. According to the utility model, the signal sampling apparatus can collect mixed signals of tested signals and random disturbance signals in the motor environment and effectively remove the random disturbance signals by using a digital filtering algorithm in automatic disturbance rejection technology, thereby obtaining feedback electric signals rapidly and accurately and improving the control performance of the motor controller.
