The motor provided by the utility model further comprises an inertia block for increasing the rotational inertia of the motor; the inertia block is assembled on the rotor part; the stator part comprises a shell; the inertia block is provided with a fourth side surface which is opposite to the inner side surface of the shell; and a fourth set gap is arranged between the fourth side surface and the inner side surface of the shell which is opposite to the fourth side surface. The motor control system includes the above motor. Since the rotor part of the motor is provided with the inertia block which is provided with the fourth set gap located between the inertia block and the inner side surface of the shell, and therefore, when a stator outputs a torque, the rotation speed of the rotating shaft of the motor can be more stable when the motor is working, and thus, the action precision of machining can be improved, and the space utilization rate of the interior space of the shell of the motor can be improved, and the influence of the inertia block on a heat dissipation effect can be decreased, and the reliability of the operation of the motor can be improved.
