The display panel comprises a first substrate and a second substrate which are arranged oppositely, and further comprises a supporting pillar arranged on the inner side of the first substrate and a shock insulator arranged on the inner side of the second substrate, wherein the supporting pillar comprises a first end surface and a second end surface, the first end surface is connected with the first substrate, the second end surface faces the second substrate, the shock insulator comprises a third end surface and a fourth end surface, the third end surface is connected with the second substrate, the fourth end surface faces the first substrate, the second end surface of the supporting pillar is opposite to the fourth end surface of the shock insulator, and at least part of the second end surface of the supporting pillar and the fourth end surface of the shock insulator are not overlapped. According to the display panel, a stable box thickness is kept between the first substrate and the second substrate, and stability of the display panel is guaranteed.
