The device comprises a fault signal monitoring unit, a signal acquisition and emission unit, a satellite communication unit, and a feedback response unit of a first-aid repair center installed on a distribution line. The fault information monitored by the fault signal monitoring unit is transmitted to the feedback response unit through the signal acquisition and emission unit by the satellite communication unit. The feedback response unit emits first-aid repair commands to the signal acquisition and emission unit through the satellite communication unit. The device abandons low-efficiency methods of manual calling, confirmation, and dispatching. Through power grid fault monitoring and satellite communication technology, rush repair level of power faults is further improved. The power failure point automatically emits rescue signals outward, and after the power failure point receives a feedback signal sent by the first-aid repair center, the power failure point stops rescuing. Thus, repeated usage of resources of other first-aid repair centers is saved, and intelligent level in power lines repair and scheduling is greatly improved.
