Zusammenfassung:A novel rotor flow meter axially-loaded component comprises a floater inside a rotor flow meter, a dial shaft, flange bearings, annular magnets and set screws. A fixing end is arranged on the outer side of the middle of the floater inside the rotor flow meter, the dial shaft is arranged in the floater inside the rotor flow meter, the two annular magnets are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the floater inside the rotor flow meter respectively, each annular magnet is integrally formed after a shaft sleeve and a shaft cap are pressed and connected, the dial shaft is mounted in the shaft sleeves of the two annular magnets, a pair of flange bearings is arranged between the two annular magnets, the flange bearings are mounted at two axially-loaded parts in the upper end and the lower end of the floater inside the rotor flow meter, and the dial shaft is pushed by the set screws in the shaft sleeves of the annular magnets. According to the novel rotor flow meter axially-loaded component, reading precision of a pointer of the rotor flow meter after long-term work can be well improved, the main body of the component is integrally formed through axially-loaded die casting, material waste is reduced, cost is lowered, and the novel rotor flow meter axially-loaded component is convenient to use.
