The measuring tool is characterized by comprising a slat-shaped measuring scale equipped with a level bubble, a limiting block disposed on the bottom of the slat-shaped measuring scale, and a height difference measuring scale. The shape of the height difference measuring scale matches that of a bar-shaped through slotted hole disposed on the slat-shaped measuring scale. The height difference measuring scale is rotatably fixed to a pin roll of the slat-shaped measuring scale. The measuring tool may measure rail distance, a height difference of rail surfaces, and a height of an overhead line system to the rail surfaces. The rail measuring apparatus is produced by polycarbonate (PC) material which is high in intensity, light in weight, good in transparency, steady in size, resistant to heat, low in water absorption, good in insulating performance, and suitable for special operating requirements in down holes. The measuring tool contributes to daily adjustment and maintenance of the rails and the height of the overhead line system, and may effectively prevent a locomotive from derailing in a mine transporting process and prevent poor contact between a pantograph and the overhead line system. |
