Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a novel groove-type heat dissipation pipe tape structure which comprises heat dissipation tapes and heat dissipation pipes, wherein heat dissipation tapes and the heat dissipation pipes are fixedly welded; the heat dissipation pipes are B-shaped pipes; reinforcement ribs are arranged at the centers of the sections of the B-shaped pipes; the heat dissipation tapes are square corrugated matrix type heat dissipation tapes; a plurality of grooves are formed in the surfaces of the heat dissipation tapes and correspond to the reinforcement ribs at the centers of the sections of the B-shaped pipes. The novel groove-type heat dissipation pipe tape structure is simple in structure, high in structural strength, convenient to braze, firm in brazing and long in service life; the heat dissipation tapes are treated by groove structures, so that the pressure of the common heat dissipation tapes on the central positions at the sections of the B-shaped pipes is effectively avoided; meanwhile, larger gaps exist in the centers of the B-shaped pipes, so that the influence caused by capillary action can be well solved. Compared with a water heat dissipater consisting of O-shaped pipes and common heat dissipation tapes which are matched, the novel groove-type heat dissipation pipe tape structure applied in engineering machinery is higher in use reliability and higher in structural strength and can better adapt to a severe working environment of the engineering machinery. |
