The braking rolling wheel comprises a rolling wheel body, a rolling wheel shaft and a lining which are coaxially arranged. The rolling wheel shaft is sleeved with the rolling wheel body, the lining is arranged between the rolling wheel body and the rolling wheel shaft, the outer diameter of the lining is in interference fit with the inner diameter of the rolling wheel body, and the inner diameter of the lining is in interference fit with the outer diameter of the rolling wheel shaft. The braking rolling wheel is resistant to abrasion and long in service life.
