Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a scroll compressor, which comprises a closed container, a compression mechanism part, a motor, a sub-frame, a balance weight and a fixed cup-shaped element, wherein refrigerant machine oil is stored in the bottom of the closed container; the compression mechanism part, is used for compressing a refrigerant which is sucked into the closed container; the motor is composed of a motor rotor and a motor stator, and drives the compression mechanism part which is connected via a shaft; the sub-frame is fixedly arranged on the closed container; the shaft is supported to rotate freely from the lower side of the motor; the balance weight is arranged on the lower end surface of the motor rotor; and the fixed cup-shaped element is arranged at the upper end of the sub-frame, and surrounds the balance weight.
