The turning type support frame comprises a support frame, a first support seat, a second support seat and a base, wherein the support frame is arranged on the base through the first support seat and the second support seat, the support frame comprises a support frame front leg, a first support frame back leg, a second support frame back leg, a connecting plate and a support plate, one end of the support frame front leg is connected with the lower part of the support plate through a screw bolt, the other end of the support frame front leg is hinged to the first support seat, one end of the first support frame back leg is connected with the lower part of the support plate through a screw bolt, one end of the second support frame back leg is connected with the other end of the first support frame back leg through the connecting plate, and the other end of the second support frame back leg is hinged to the second support seat. Further, the length of the first support frame back leg is 0.2 to 0.5 times the length of the second support frame back leg.
