Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a hub shaft end surface quenching inductor device which comprises bus-bars on two sides, an insulating plate positioned between the bus-bars on two sides, cooling devices welded on the bus-bars, and an inductor positioned on the front parts of the bus-bars, wherein the inductor consists of an active conductor and quenching water pipes welded on two sides of the active conductor; the active conductor is of an annular cylindrical structure and is made of sheet copper; a water flow cavity is formed in the active conductor and is communicated with the quenching water pipes; a water spray surface is formed in the inner wall of the active conductor; the water spray surface is formed by arranging section water injection holes and cutting water injection holes at intervals; the diameter of each section water injection hole is 1.5 times of the diameter of each cutting water injection hole; the cutting water injection holes and the section water injection holes are formed along the circumferential clockwise direction; and the angle is 30-45 degrees. According to the design of tangential and cutting water flow, a mixed flow line is formed, the condition that a steam film is formed between a quenching liquid and the surface of a workpiece can be avoided, the cooling intensity is improved, and the mechanical property of the workpiece is enhanced.
