The aqueous methanol steam recycling system comprises a fine methanol storage tank, wherein the fine methanol storage tank is connected with a methanol carburetor through a pipeline; the methanol carburetor is connected with a potassium methoxide reaction kettle; the bottom of the potassium methoxide reaction kettle is connected with a product potassium methoxide storage tank; the top of the potassium methoxide reaction kettle is connected with a gas-phase inlet of a methanol distillation tower through a pipeline; a tower kettle reboiler is arranged at the bottom of the methanol distillation tower; a condenser is arranged on the top of the methanol distillation tower; a liquid-phase inlet of the methanol distillation tower is connected with a coarse methanol storage tank through a pipeline; a methanol reflux tank is arranged on a pipeline which is connected with the condenser and the methanol distillation tower to form a circulating loop of fine methanol; and a pipeline for conveying the methanol refined by the methanol distillation tower to the fine methanol storage tank is also arranged on the circulating loop.
