Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a direct-connected full-electric injection and plastification driving system which mainly comprises a rectangular injection table, linear guide rails, an annular torque motor, a rib plate, a connecting disc, a ball screw nut, a ball screw, a bearing, a bearing jacket, a mold transfer sleeve supporting table, a mold transfer sleeve, a sliding chute, a bulge, a servo motor, a screw, a barrel and a feed inlet, wherein two rectangular through holes are formed in the side edge of the rectangular injection table; the liner guide rail is fixedly arranged in each through hole; a rotor of the annular torque motor is connected with the screw; the bulge which can slide in the sliding chute is mounted at the tail end of the roll screw. Compared with the existing full-electric injection and plastification driving system, the system has the advantages that member rotation axles in rotational motion are located on a same straight line, so that vibration caused by mechanical unbalance is alleviated, meanwhile, the injection motor is transferred out of the injection table to prevent vibration of the injection table caused by rotation of the motor, so that the screw wear caused by vibration is alleviated and the weight of the injection table is reduced, and therefore, the injection speed is improved. |
