Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a hardware die inner manipulator. The hardware die inner manipulator comprises a lower die, a tool bedplate, a frame, a servo motor, a motor, an X-axis movement mechanism, a Y-axis movement mechanism and a multi-station manipulator fixing shaft, wherein the tool bedplate is fixed on the lower die; the frame is vertically fixed on the lower die; an X-axis movement device and a Y-axis movement device are fixedly arranged on the back side of the frame; the X-axis movement device and a Y-axis movement device are connected with the multi-station manipulator fixing shaft; the X-axis movement device is connected with the servo motor; the Y-axis movement device is connected with the motor; the multi-station manipulator fixing shaft comprises a horizontal adjusting rod, a plurality of terminals used for fixing and partitioning workstations, and manipulators positioned among the plurality of terminals; position adjusting devices are fixed on the manipulators; the manipulators comprise fixed grooves, movable arms, machining contacts and cylinders; the back ends of the fixing grooves are fixedly connected with the position adjusting devices, and the front ends of the fixing grooves are connected with the movable arms; the front ends of the movable arms is connected with the machining contacts through revolving shafts; one end of each cylinder is fixed on the frame, and the other end of each cylinder is connected with the machining contacts. During working, one or more workstations can be used for machining continually without influencing the work of the manipulators on other workstations. |
