Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a device for rapidly manufacturing steel arches of different curvatures. The device is high in steel arch processing speed. The device comprises a vertically-arranged supporting plate, a plurality of clamping rings, two feeding devices and a jack, wherein the clamping rings are fixedly arranged at the upper portion of a panel of the supporting plate to form a guiding path through which the steel arches are allowed to pass, the two feeding devices are arranged at the upper portion of the supporting plate and are close to the two sides of the supporting plate respectively, and the jack is fixedly arranged at the lower portion of the panel of the supporting plate. Each feeding device comprises a motor and a gear installed on an output shaft of the motor. The end face of the gear is parallel to the end face of the supporting plate and stretches out of the panel of the supporting plate. The jack is located between the two feeding devices. The end of a piston rod of the jack is rotationally provided with a roller, wherein the rotating axis direction of the roller is the same as the rotating axis direction of the gear, and the outer circumferential face of the roller corresponds to the tooth surface of the gear in the vertical direction in position to form the steel arch bending force application structure. The device is high in steel arch processing speed and easy and convenient to operate, does not waste force and has the adjustable curvatures. |
