Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a stirring paddle for a crylic acid adhesive reaction kettle. The stirring paddle comprises a vertically arranged stirring rod, a stirring paddle body as well as stirring blades, wherein the stirring paddle body is arranged at the lower end of the stirring rod; the stirring blades are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the stirring paddle body; the stirring blades are thin blades that the middle parts are thick and the two sides are thin; the end parts of the stirring blades are circular arc-shaped; and an included angle of 5-8 degrees is formed in the plane of each blade and the long axis of each blade. The stirring paddle has the advantages that the shapes of the stirring blades of the stirring paddle are firstly adjusted, and as the shearing force is perpendicular to a cross section, and the smaller the boundary is, the smaller the shearing force is, the stirring blades are designed in a manner that the middle parts are thick and the two sides are thin, and the conventional arc-shaped blades are abandoned; secondly, in order not to affect the stirring effect, the included angles of the surfaces of the blades and the long axes of the blades are adjusted to be 5-8 degrees, the included angles of the stirring blades and the stirring rod are adjusted to be 30 degrees, and multiple times of experiments show that the stirring effect is not affected, the shearing force can be reduced, and the viscosity of a solution can be ensured.
