The high-efficiency wet type dust collector comprises an air inlet pipeline, a dust pre-collection chamber, a self-excited water curtain dust collection chamber and an air outlet. The dust pre-collection chamber consists of a fan, a fixed rod, a shell and a flow stopping plate; reticular small holes are distributed in each blade of the fan; one end of the fixed rod is fixedly arranged on the wall of the air inlet pipeline by a bolt, and the fan is arranged on one end of the fixed rod; the self-excited water curtain dust collection chamber consists of an adjustable throttling plate, a baffle, a deflector plate, a water inlet, a water outlet, an induced draft fan and an enclosure; the adjustable throttling plate is connected with the fixed enclosure through a bolt; and the deflector plate is two semi-parabola plates with teeth and is welded in the enclosure. Like the deflector plate, the baffle has the same structure as that of the deflector plate, but the airflow receiving surface of the baffle is a smooth plane. According to the high-efficiency wet type dust collector, the problem of having more dust in the workshop can be effectively solved, and the high-efficiency wet type dust collector has a good effect on the small dust particles which are difficultly settled through the traditional dust collector. |
