Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a conducting structure of an ultrasonic wave gas spindle. The conducting structure comprises a spindle core, a pull bar penetrating the spindle core, an elastic part arranged between the spindle core and the pull bar, and a spindle piston arranged above the spindle core, wherein the pull bar is upwardly pressed by the elastic part. A conducting slip ring is fixed to the upper end portion of the spindle core; an ultrasonic transducer is fixed to the lower end portion of the spindle core; a pin extending in the radial direction of the pull bar penetrates the top portion of the pull bar; at least one end portion of the pin protrudes from the side surface of the spindle core; and the spindle core is provided with a long hole used for avoiding the pin when the pin moves in the axial direction of the spindle core. The spindle core is externally and movably sleeved with an unclamping ring arranged below the spindle piston, and the portion, protruding from the side surface of the spindle core, of the pin is fixedly connected to the unclamping ring. The spindle core is provided with a through hole extending in the axial direction, and the through hole is embedded with an electric lead through which the conducting slip ring is electrically connected to the ultrasonic transducer. By employing the conducting structure, the conducting slip ring can be mounted at the top portion of the spindle core, so that interference between the electric lead and the pull bar is prevented. |
