A technological innovation service platform comprises a technical demand acquisition terminal for technical demand information acquisition, a server terminal for data exchange and a first-class data processing terminal for primary data processing. An information encryption device is additionally installed between the technical demand acquisition terminal and the server. One end of the first-class data processing terminal is connected with the server terminal. The other end of the first-class data processing terminal is connected with a data encryption device. The downlink of the data encryption device is connected with a second-class data processing terminal for data distribution. The downlink of the second-class data processing terminal is connected with a PC terminal A for technical research and analysis, a PC terminal B for technical information feedback and a PC terminal C for enterprise consultation processing. The upper branch of the server terminal is connected with a permission switchboard. The permission switchboard is connected with the PC terminal A, the PC terminal B and the PC terminal C.
