Zusammenfassung: | The utility model provides an automatic tester for an intelligent electric meter production line. The automatic tester comprises a probe bed and a pedestal, and the probe bed is connected to the pedestal through a movable rod. 16 probes are distributed on the probe bed, the 16 probes are divided into eight groups, and each group comprises two probes. The eight groups of the probes respectively detect a live wire and a zero line on a circuit board, a main power supply voltage, a CPU module power supply voltage, a metering module power supply voltage, a 485 module power supply voltage, a carrier module power supply voltage, a quiescent current and a 485 communication interface. An infrared communication module is arranged at the position, over a liquid crystal screen, of the probe bed. Each probe and an infrared transmit-receive tube are connected to an oxhead-type socket on the pedestal through flat cables. By employing the automatic tester, testers can obtain test results just by observing the color of indicating lamps. Compared with a conventional testing manner by observing readings of digital display instruments, a test can be carried out more conveniently, rapidly and accurately. By employing the oxhead-type socket for connection, the automatic tester is advantageous in that when other types of electric meters need to be tested, tests can be carried out only with the probe bed being replaced, and the pedestal can still be used for the tests, so the cost is greatly reduced. |
