Provided is a tunneling machine spraying manipulator capable of preventing interference of rebound materials in the field of production and manufacturing of open type hard rock heading machines. The tunneling machine spraying manipulator comprises a spraying arm, an annular moving trolley, a hydraulic drive motor, a chain, a moving trolley, a steering mechanism and a spray gun mechanism, wherein the spray arm is connected with the annular moving trolley through bolts; a chain wheel and the hydraulic drive motor of a chain mechanism are assembled on the rear portion of the spraying arm; the tail end of the spraying arm is provided with the chain tensioning and steering mechanism used for tensioning and steering of the chain; the moving trolley is provided with multiple sets of guide wheels preventing the trolley from rolling in the spraying arm or swinging front and back; the drive motor, the tensioning and steering mechanism and the spraying arms are provided with chain guide devices ensuring that the chain and the chain wheel are correctly meshed. The spraying manipulator moves in the tunnel direction through the tensioning mechanism at the tail end of the spraying arm, influence on the spraying manipulator from the rebound materials is avoided, working is reliable, and maintenance is convenient.
