Zusammenfassung:	A hard rock TBM back installation type hob replacement tool applied to the construction field of TBMs comprises a first clamping plate, a second clamping plate, a clamping plate shaft, a handle shaft sleeve, a handle shaft, handles and a crank. The two ends of the handle shaft sleeve are connected with the middle of the first clamping plate and the middle of the second clamping plate through a hinge shaft. The clamping plate shaft is connected with the upper top end of the first clamping plate and the upper top end of the second clamping plate. The handle shaft is matched and connected with a shaft hole in the middle of the handle shaft sleeve. The crank is connected with the handle shaft in a threaded mode. The two ends of the handle shaft sleeve are connected with the handles.
